Demystifying the UK Film Tax Credits
Sunday 9th February 2025, 14:30 – 17:30
a recording of the webinar will be available for two weeks after the event
The UK Film Tax Credits system is a great tool that the UK government provides for UK-based filmmakers to get up to 42% of a film’s production back in the form of a tax credit. Everyone can benefit from it, even short films and micro-budget films, and you don’t need to spend an exorbitant amount of money for an accountant to file a claim.
The information available on this topic is fragmented and we witnessed producers sharing inaccurate information with their peers. For this reason, we created the Demystifying the UK Film Tax Credits webinar. The session will be delivered in partnership with Shorts2Feautures and a chartered accountant will join us for the Q&A.
Learn how to get up to 42% of a film’s production budget back as tax relief.
